Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of the RézOo website, applications, and related online properties (collectively, the “Site”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms of Use apply to use of the Site itself. Bookings, payments, cancellations, gift cards, and related marketplace transactions are also governed by our Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
The Site and Partner content
RézOo provides a marketplace Platform. Listings, prices, availability, photos, and service descriptions are largely provided by Partners. We may review or moderate content, but we do not guarantee that Partner content is complete, current, or error-free.
Third-party websites or tools linked from the Site are not controlled by RézOo. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately.
License to use the Site
As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, RézOo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Site for its intended purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Site except as allowed by law or with our prior written permission.
Accounts and security
Some features require an account. You must be capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law and provide accurate registration information.
Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, bypass security, or probe systems without authorization.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data except through interfaces we expressly provide.
- Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights or is abusive, discriminatory, or obscene.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a business.
- Use the Site to compete with RézOo in an unfair or unauthorized manner.
User content
If you submit reviews, photos, messages, or other content (“User Content”), you keep ownership of your rights in that content. You grant RézOo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms of Use or our policies.
